FOUNDER / ENROLLED AGENT

Duncan Kelm is the founder of Arrow Point Tax Services. He started APTS to build a tax firm focused on planning for the future. His background in consulting, finance, technology, and sports prepared him to build a new kind of tax firm that is forward looking and strategic.

ENROLLED AGENT, MBA

‍Courtney is a highly skilled Senior Tax Preparer specializing in tax preparation, planning, and resolution for individuals and businesses. With an MBA and strong background in tax research, Courtney is dedicated to delivering tailored accounting and tax solutions to empower her clients to make informed strategic decisions. Outside of work, Courtney and her husband Michael enjoy traveling, water sports, and outdoor adventures.

CPA, MBA

Patrick Daugherty is the tax lead at Arrow Point Tax Services. With multiple degrees in taxation Patrick has a robust knowledge and extensive experience with tax matters. Patrick specializes in passthrough entity taxation and strategic tax planning.

OPERATIONS LEAD

Stephanie is a Sonoma County native and is excited to assist her beloved community in pursuing their financial goals. Prior to joining Arrow Point Tax Services, Stephanie worked at Redwood Credit Union before moving to a small Private Wealth Management company. There, she held the position of Executive Assistant and Office Manager for five years.

OPERATIONS ADMIN

Amy is a San Diego State alum and Monterey County native who recently moved to Sonoma County and handles all things admin for Arrow Point Tax Services. Amy has a 20 year background in customer service and brings a high level of customer care to work every day.

Amy is the mother of two young boys, and loves spending her time with them and her husband William.

CPA / CONSULTANT

Mitch Hogins operates as a fractional CFO and consulting specialist for small businesses. He has decades of experience as a Fortune 500 CFO including time with Wachovia Bank, and Hyundai Motor Finance.

CTO / SENIOR DEVELOPER

Frank is the CTO of APTS. He is a seasoned software developer with decades of experience. Frank assists the team with data management and custom application solutions.

TECHNOLOGIST

Benny is a software engineer that assists with various technology related tasks. Responsibilities include website maintenance, software development, and script creation.
